Refund policy
1. No Refund only exchange is available
2. No Cancellations for customised orders
3. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end and for which we have been informed within 24 hours of ordering.
4. Refund will be credited to the same bank account, used at the time of transacting, in 7-8 working days.
5.In cases where the product has manufacturing defects or a wrong product is shipped to the customer we would exchange the same. All this is backed by letting us know about it within 24 hours of receiving the products at the shipping address.
6. No Exchange will be offered on customised orders.
7. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to borne the shipping costs to return the goods to the our address.
8. Products that are eligible for exchange, should reach us within 7 days after receiving.
9. Following are the scenarios where We will NOT be able to support Exchange :
a)Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
b)Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received.
c)Products with tampered or missing price tags, fall/pico done on the sarees or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.
d)Items that are returned without original packaging and original bills.
